Using LaundryShare
By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. LaundryShare helps people in a shared building book washers and dryers in a common laundry room. It's a coordination tool. We don't own, operate or maintain the machines themselves.
Your account
Keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for what happens under your account. A laundry room's admins can remove a member who misuses the app.
LaundryShare Pro
LaundryShare Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play at the price shown in the app. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel it anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings. We can't cancel it for you directly. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.
Buying Pro makes you personally ad-free and lets you join or create more than one laundry room, and automatically makes every laundry room you're a member of Pro for everyone else in it too, for as long as you stay a member and the subscription is active.
Acceptable use
Use LaundryShare in good faith with your neighbors: book only what you need, collect your laundry promptly, and don't use the app to harass or misrepresent yourself to other members.
No warranty
LaundryShare is provided "as is". We don't guarantee the app or the machines it coordinates will be available, accurate or error-free, and we're not responsible for machine malfunctions, damaged laundry, or disputes between neighbors.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, LaundryShare isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or misuses the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Switzerland: confirm and adjust if your business is based elsewhere].
Changes
If we make a meaningful change to these terms, we'll update the date above and, where required, let you know in the app.
